Super Admin: A Super Admin user has the highest level of privileges in the entire system. It is therefore recommended that a minimum number of people be given Super Admin privileges.
A Super Admin user can add / edit / delete users of other categories, and can assign and revoke passwords of these users. A Super Admin can add / edit /delete projects and can also add / edit / delete tasks to the system. This user can post any and all types of messages (both confidential as well as regular). The Super Admin can add new information to the accounting archive as well as view accounting reports.
The Super Admin can also assign other users to various projects and tasks. This user is also able to change the "Where's the ball?" feature and put it in other people's courts for them to take appropriate action. Finally, the super admin can upload attachments (at the time of project creation).
The Super Admin user role has the ability to send fresh Proposals to the stakeholder involving new tasks with resource allocations, and also the corresponding budget. This proposal is sent via email automatically to the stakeholder, who in turn gives their feedback, approval and make appropriate deposit. The Super Admin can also send a note to the stakeholder about any developments in any given task.
