Resource Member (RM): A Resource Member gets assigned to a project or task by the Super Admin, Admin or PM.
This person is entrusted to perform given tasks that fit in with their talents and skill sets. This person may be an employee or an outside / third-party company, whose role within a project ceases once the task is completed; unless they are assigned some other task within the same or a different project.
An RM has the ability to view project nickname but not the full name. The RM can see all activities pertaining to the task that they were assigned, including its history log. The RM can post both confidential notes to the PMA /PM, as well as post notes to the client / stakeholder. The RM is required to submit periodic status reports on the task assigned to them.
An RM may use the "Where's the ball?" feature to lob it to the court of the appropriate individual in the project. Upon completion of the task assigned, the RM may click on the "Completed" option in the "Where's the ball?" feature and then click on "Update Task" to formally sign off.
The RM is able to run their own Hours report to view the hours and time they have logged.
An RM does not possess the ability to upload or remove attachments.
