Run Time Report on their own hours:
To see your hours and time entries, go to 'Reports' on the main menu. Then,
1) Select the project or 'All' to see all time/hours.
2) 'Select messages from' Set to 'Confidential Notes' or 'Both' to see all your hours.
3) Choose a date range.
4) 'Show only Projects with records that contain billable hours' - check this box.
5) 'Show only Project with activity' - check this box.
6) Click 'Generate' to run the report.
(Reports open in Microsoft Excel and similar programs)
